Provided:
- 1 x “Success Journal” to track you nutrition, measurements and you Transform8 journey for the 8 weeks
- 3 x “one-on-one” nutrition guidance sessions over the 8 weeks
- Optional 21-day Challenge information including, meal planner and recipes
- 3 x 45-minute workouts with your group Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except for 9:30am time which is Monday, Thursday and Friday)
- 1 x group nutrition induction and measure before Transform8 starts
Cost $425 for 8 weeks including the diary

Transform8: one-off drop-in sessions
- 1 x Transform8 group session workout on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday (please note very limited drop-in space available in the 6am time slot please email Haley first)
- $20 per person per session (no limit on the sessions)
- Transform8 Success Journal on its own $49
