Transform8: one-off drop-in sessions

  • 1 x Transform8 group session workout on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday (please note very limited drop-in space available in the 6am time slot please email Haley first)
  • $20 per person per session (no limit on the sessions)
  • Transform8 Success Journal on its own $49
  • Transform8 Journal with 21-Day Challenge meal planner and recipes $99
