A: No you can participate in Transform8 if you are not a member of Les Mills as long as you have not been a member or participated in other membership promotional deals in the past 2 years.
Q: Do I have to have a general level of fitness to do Transform8?
A: No, Transform8 takes all levels of fitness 
Q: What are the types of workouts that the Transform8 groups do?
A: The workouts vary week in, week out and combine weights (body weight exercise as well as exercise with dumbbells/barbells/kettlebells etc.) core and cardio based exercises. They are mostly time based so your level can be adjusted with weights or reps/speed.
Q: Can I do just the Transform8 workouts and not the nutrition “Success Journal” with the programme?
A: Yes, if your goal is not to focus on nutrition but fitness then you can leave out the nutrition component to the Transform8 programme but the cost remains the same.
Q: Are the groups mixed with male and female?
A: Yes, we do have a mix in the Transform8 groups but often there can end up being ladies only or men only group due to the numbers.
