To provide support through the 8 weeks so people can obtain the necessary information to continue with their achievements and use the tools they obtain, even once Transform8 has finished, in everyday life.

Create unique group training bond that adheres people to be accountable for their workout both as individuals and as a valued team member – to get them to fulfil their fitness potential by creating challenging workouts that I personally enjoy doing.

To always research and apply practically, ever changing nutrition concepts and ideals to enhance people’s weight loss or body shape goals.

Haley is a keen fitness advocate and really enjoys seeing the self-confidence her clients gain from learning and partaking in their Transform8 journey.

There is never a “one size fits all” when it comes to finding clients solutions for their nutrition or fitness goals. Whether it’s a change in body shape, decrease in body fat or overall weight or just accountability to make healthy food choices on their own – Transform8 can be adapted to suit all fitness and nutrition based goals.

Haley has two children and has enjoyed various fitness challenges throughout her life, including Half marathons, a Half Ironman, and Round Lake Taupo bike ride, to name a few.

After 9 years of providing practical nutrition and fitness guidance clients have been continuing to achieve great results. There is always a sense of nurturing the client’s accountability so they can apply it to everyday life on their own!

Terry Mita

Terry 400Hi my name is Terry Mita and I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 20 years.

I started out and still continue, as a Group Fitness Instructor for body combat, body pump and RPM. More recently I have pursued my studies in Personal Training and have a few months until I finish a certificate in Personal Training with Skills Active. I am a huge believer in seeing the potential in people and helping them reach their goals, whether that is through fitness or nutrition.

In coming on board to Transform8 I am hoping to enhance my coaching skills, I have been a Hutt Valley representative coach for basketball and softball at various levels, by learning team based exercises and knowledge on nutrition to help with sports teams and of course future Personal Training clients.

Natasha Win

Natasha 400Hi my name is Natasha Win and I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 5 years. I have completed my certificate in Exercise Science studying at Weltec. I have 3 boys, aged 17, 13 and 8 and I am completely passionate about the holistic approach to exercise and nutrition. Holistic to me means creating a life which balances, movement with good food and a great mental state. I know our industry is constantly changing so it’s important to keep actively skilled in current knowledge as well as being able to practice what we preach! In joining Transform8 I want to enhance that knowledge and passion to help and pass on to women (and men!) a sense of self-acceptance at any stage of their lives.
