
Transform8 has the best of everything for me - three amazing, challenging work-outs a week led by Haley who encourages us and corrects our technique as we go. The group environment is a fun and supportive way to work out. The exercise programme is underpinned by healthy eating and keeping a food diary. Every time I have done Transform8, and there have been a few, I have learnt new things about nutrition and exercise. I love the fact that you never stop learning. Thanks Haley.

Another new year rolled around; another new year resolution about losing weight and getting fitter. Determined not to break my resolution again I looked for something different and found Transform8. This was going to be different, 8 weeks of personal training with small group of other people in the same situation as me and looking at food in way I haven’t ever before. Transform8 is exactly what it says on the packet… I still have a way to go but already I feel fitter, stronger and can see that my body shape is changing for the better.
